See All ReviewsDo not go here! You will wait 45 mins for a single coffee. Does not matter if it’s drive thru or pickup. It will still take 45 mins. The last 4 times I went I waited this long. I went inside to see about 7 employees working there all running around, but no one was being served. It was the strangest thing. The drive thru line was not moving at all, and it was so long people were waiting up to 30 mins just to place an order. So therefore no one was working on a drive thru order but at the same time only 3 people were inside the store waiting for drinks. Of course everyone waiting inside kept on waiting and waiting with no orders being served. How can 7 employees all be running around making drinks but not one customer was served? The queue on the wall was full of course, but no one was even there. This place is a joke! I brought up my concerns to an employee and they did not care!
I ordered ahead of time. I was in the drive thru line for over a half an hour. When i got up to the windows they tried to have me pay someone else's bill. When I said it wasn't my order they got my name and walked away for 5 minutes.
I love Starbucks and was so happy when one opened so close. I don’t know anything about staffing, but perhaps they need to add more. The staff are sensationally, friendly, and often apologetic. But, there is no reason why one iced coffee should take 20 minutes. I often have to wait and I often choose not to stop here because of the length of time it takes just to get through the drive-through- no matter how many people are in line. I also always order a regular iced coffee with cream and it is never mixed. It looks like an iced macchiato and I have to ask for a straw so I can pull over, take the lid off myself, and stir my coffee before I’m able to drink it. I’ve never had this happen at any other Starbucks. It is even more disappointing when the prices are now over six dollars for a Trenta regular iced coffee. I really hope they fix these problems because I still really enjoy Starbucks and want to frequent this location more often.
